1. No User Accounts

This website does not require account creation, registration, or login for general use. We do not maintain a user database with personal profiles.

2. Data Processing & Retention

Files uploaded to our tools are processed ephemerally. They are used solely for the execution of the requested tool (e.g., generating a report) and are not permanently stored on our servers. Once the processing is complete and the result is generated, the input files are discarded.

3. Usage Logging

We may collect basic, anonymized usage logs (such as tool execution counts, error rates, and performance metrics) for the purpose of maintaining system reliability, security, and improving the tools. These logs do not contain the content of your uploaded files.

4. Third-Party Services

Some tools may utilize external APIs (such as mapping services) to function. In these cases, only the minimum data necessary to fulfill the request (e.g., coordinates) is sent to the provider, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
